At MASH, we put together and share our Impact Report at the start of the year.
It gives us the opportunity to reflect on our achievements and the key challenges in the previous year and focusses us on our ambitions and commitments for the year ahead.

Frustration and anger at how bleak things are, how systems remain challenging to navigate, with women so often falling through the gaps.
Motivation to continue doing all that we can to stand with and support women despite huge challenges that they, and we, face in a complex and turbulent world.
MASH is a community and a collective – the women we support, our staff volunteers and trustees, our partners, funders and supporters like you.
It is thanks to you and this collective that everything in our Impact Report has happened.
We will continue in our mission in 2024 beyond – until all women have choice, freedom and power.
